Jen, originally a PE Teacher and Emma with a degree in Sports Studies and Management are both Level 3 Personal Trainers and have almost 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry, with a particular expertise in exercise and nutrition for fat loss.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the programme last?
The programme will last for 6 weeks.  A great amount of time to make positive changes and achieve fantastic results.

Do I need a gym membership?
NO! All workouts can be completed at home either LIVE on ZOOM or at another time that suits you.  

I'm new to exercise will this programme be suitable for me?
 There are a variety of workouts which are suitable from beginner level upwards. All workouts are suitable for everyone.

Do I need to buy equipment?
A kettlebell and/or dumbbells would be useful but equipment is not essential. 

How often do I need to workout on the programme?
We recommend around 150 minutes of exercise per week but this is not essential.
